Core Values
Brian Cunningham, MD
Dr. Cunningham is a co-founder and practicing adult hospitalist physician for ScrubDoc. He has previously served as a hospitalist medical director, developing extensive experience working with locum tenens companies, and thus has a good understanding of both sides of the locum tenens market. Dr. Cunningham has filled several roles in hospital medical staff leadership prior to co-founding ScrubDoc. His diverse background has provided an appreciation for the unique roles, needs, and motivations of both the physicians and hospital administrations, as we all work together to meet our shared mission in patient care.
Dr. Cunningham is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and the St. Vincent Indianapolis Internal Medicine Residency. He resides in southern Indiana with his wife and two children.

Mariano Polidori, MD
Dr. Polidori is a co-founder and practicing adult hospitalist physician for ScrubDoc. He has developed a deep understanding of the locum tenens industry through over 13 years in locum tenens practice as a traveling physician, engaging with numerous locum tenens agencies and large hospital management companies, such as IPC Hospitalist Company and Cogent. Dr. Polidori offers extensive knowledge in locum tenens services, standards, and contracts. His skills in developing relationships with physicians and practice administrators have been essential in enabling organic growth of the company. He and Dr. Cunningham are equally dedicated to the highest standards of care in service to our patients.
Dr. Polidori is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional de Cuyo School of Medicine in Mendoza, Argentina, and the North Shore Long Island Jewish System Family Medicine Residency. He resides in Miami, FL with his three children.
